1.Please notify your complaint to us as soon as possible, for we always hold to that customers complaints are their support to us. Your complaint and suggestions are great help for us to improve our services. We will thanks for your suggestions and complaints.

2. If the flowers are not fresh, please inform us in two hours in summer (four hours in other seasons) once receive the flowers. 

3. We promise our customers  will check it within 24 hours and give you reply and relative solutions when we receive your complaint.
